Samantha “Samm” Bower is an award-winning teacher, producer, coach, entrepreneur, and proud mom of three boys. Born and raised in Massachusetts, she founded her first theater company at 14 and went on to earn her B.A. in Theater Education from Wagner College. In 2007, she opened The Performing Arts Connection (TPAC), now celebrating nearly two decades as a thriving theater and dance studio for all ages. She is also the creator of Little Limelight, a Musical Theater curriculum for ages 3–7 that she has taught for almost 20 years.  For 28 years, Samm has coached young performers through programs she founded, including The Friends of Broadway (a service-based traveling musical group) and Metrowest Family Theater, where she has directed more than 25 productions. Her students have gone on to appear in regional theater, national tours, film/TV, commercial work, recording projects, and on Broadway.

She has collaborated with Rounder Records as Executive Producer for Girl Authority and partnered on children’s music projects with SteveSongs. Samm also serves on the board of HOPEsudbury and is a Certified Coach with More Than Just Great Dancing, offering speaking engagements and business coaching for studio owners worldwide.

In July 2025, Samm launched a new creative chapter on TikTok, producing viral comedy sketches about motherhood and the performing arts, reaching millions while connecting with families and educators through humor and heart.

Samm teaches students of all ages at TPAC and continues to direct both Metrowest Family Theater. Her greatest joy in theater education is helping young people build confidence, take risks, and discover their voice on and off the stage. She is honored to be part of your performing arts journey.
