Samantha Bower is an award-winning teacher, producer, coach, entrepreneur, and happy mom of three incredible sons. Born and raised in Massachusetts, she founded her first theater company at 14 and earned a B.A. in Theater Education from Wagner College. She is the founder and owner of The Performing Arts Connection (TPAC), a thriving theater and dance center serving students of all ages in Sudbury, Massachusetts.  Samm is also the creator of Little Limelight, a Musical Theater curriculum for ages 3–7, now available to studios worldwide.  She has spent decades coaching young performers through programs she founded, including The Friends of Broadway and Metrowest Family Theater, where she has directed more than 25 productions since 2000. Her students have gone on to work in regional theater, national tours, film and television, commercial and recording projects, and on Broadway.

In addition to student coaching, Samm is a business coach and speaker for studio owners and arts educators, helping leaders build sustainable, values-driven organizations through mentorship, strategy, and systems. She is a Certified Coach with More Than Just Great Dancing, offering consulting and speaking engagements worldwide.

Her professional collaborations include serving as Executive Producer for Girl Authority (#9 on Billboard's Top Kid Audio chart and #17 on the Top Heatseekers chart) with Rounder Records and partnering on children’s music projects with SteveSongs (PBS Kids). She also serves on the board of HOPEsudbury.

Deeply committed to service, Samm supports and partners with organizations dedicated to helping children meet their basic human needs and grow into vibrant, purposeful individuals. Born with a cleft lip and palate, her personal journey has shaped a deep empathy for children navigating challenges and a lifelong dedication to helping young people feel confident, capable, and seen.  For a list of some of Samantha's favorite charities, click here.
